21-04 Actividad extraescolar de Meditación- Finalizando con sonidos del GONG

Nos encontramos en el 3er trimestre, a las puertas del final de curso, y disfrutando en cada sesión de nuestra paz evolutiva.

En este trimestre, hemos hecho partícipes al alumnado del comienzo y final de las sesiones, introduciendo “EL GONG” en las mismas.

Hemos observado como cada ser y energía es diferente, prueba de ello, el sonido que produce el instrumento conforme a quien lo toque.

Los toques impares de GONG, nos han marcado los comienzos y finales de las sesiones, dejando una paz sublime en nuestras almas.

A parte de eso, también hemos continuado con nuestras sesiones de yoga y meditaciones guiadas a petición del alumnado.

Juntos nos volcamos en esta experiencia anual, esperando volver a disfrutar en un futuro próximo.

Ending with sonds of the GONG.

We are in the 3 quarter, at tbe gates of tbe end of the course and enjoying our evolucionary peace in each session.

In this quarter, we have made the students participate in the beginning and end of the sessions, introducing the GONG in them.

We have observed how each being and energy os different; proof of this, the sound that comes out of the instrument according to whoever plays.

The odd touches of GONG have marked the beginning and end of the sessions, leaving a sublime peace in our souls.

Apart from that, we have also continued with our yoga sessions and guided meditations at the request of the students.

Together we return to this annual experience, hoping to enjoy it again in the near future.
