27-05 Inspira/Inspire

The five-year-old children have been working on a new bilingual project called ''Inspira/Inspire''. The main topic is Nature, animals and other, smaller creatures and how we are all in connection with one another. In this fast-paced world, we have realised the importance of taking a step back to look around and within. So, with this project, the children have to learnt how to slow down, listen to the sounds around them, and gaze at their surroundings patiently.

Through yoga postures and meditation they have learnt how to control their emotions, breathe in the good and out the bad. A holistic and organic experience indeed!
