02-12 One, two, three, what colour is this? – 3-year-olds

We all know how much children like to play. This is why we take advantage of their strong motivation to play, in order to enhance their learning. Our three-year-old pupils made their own board game, and then played in teams, helping each other decide what number they got, and what colour they had to move to. We then progressed to play on a big replica of the board game, and they had a great time, playing with the giant dice and jumping on the board, while they practised their colours and numbers.
