27-10 P.E.: Functional Abilities Training

During this month in Physical Education, the students are dealing with the different functional capacities in order to improve their physical condition and to make them understand that a healthy lifestyle can prevent injuries when they do sports. 

Through games, they learn how to train the resistance, the strength, the flexibility and the speed. 

This week they have practised activities related to the strength and they have learnt entertaining and new ways to get fit!
